Withdrawing from a Credit purchase
When you buy Credits, you can change your mind. This page explains your right of withdrawal and what happens when you use it, and gives you a form you can use.
Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from a purchase of Credits within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The 14 days start on the day you buy the Credits. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after that day.
For a purchase made before Oct 15, 2026, the withdrawal period is longer, because we did not give you this information before that day. Your Wallet shows the last day for each purchase.
To withdraw, you must tell us clearly that you have decided to withdraw from the purchase. The quickest way is in your account: open Wallet, choose the purchase and press “Withdraw from contract here”.
You can also tell us by e-mail at hello@playprompt.org, or by post to PlayPrompt S.à r.l., 11, rue Eugène Ruppert, L-2453 Luxembourg. We will confirm your withdrawal by e-mail and refund you within 14 days. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
You are in time if you send us your message before the withdrawal period has ended.
What happens when you withdraw
We pay back everything you paid for that purchase, without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after the day we receive your withdrawal. When you withdraw in your account, we start the refund straight away.
We pay you back with the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed with us to something else. You pay no fees for the refund.
We take all the Credits from that purchase back out of your wallet — the ones you have used as well as the ones you have not. If you have already used some of them, your wallet goes below zero. A wallet below zero works just like an empty one: you cannot start a new game until you top it up again. The games you have already made stay in your account.
We confirm your withdrawal by e-mail.
